A new Halloween Event is coming on October 18 at 00:00 (Pacific Daylight Time, UTC-7) and goes until November 7 at 23:59. There will be a secret place located in the secret area (Office) of Vault of Knowledge. (Turn left when entering Vault and look for the secret passage in the walls).
That is not all the fun yet. In the secret area, you will be able to have fun with the free spells dropped from the steaming cauldron in the center of the area.
If you wish to buy Mischief Witch Hat and Mischief Web Cape, you have to enter the cave through the stairs on the right and look for the Guide as shown in the photo above.
If you wish to buy the Mischief Bat Cape and Pumpkin Hat, you have to enter the Spider Web Entrance on the left and look for the Guide who sells them.
